We stayed here for 2 nights and three days. Overall, the stay was okay 3/5. Food was average both taste-wise and the spread however the staff of the hotel is polite and kind. The rating of hotel is 4 star on Google which made me book the hotel however, it is a 3-star hotel and they should get this corrected. Due to low occupancy, they got the hotel fumigated and it led to all the smoke entering the rooms which resulted in itchy eyes and sore throat. The words part was they did not even inform us before getting our floor fumigated. I think overall, service can be made better. I would rather stay in Lemon Tree than the Red Fox next time, however, I would like to thank the following people for trying to make our trip comfortable. Brilliant hotel. I really enjoyed my stay coz I like the food, service I really like the location and forest view. Room was so cleaned. Staff is also friendly. Chef surendra offer us tasty food. Abhishek Rawat, naveen, saurabh give us Excellent service.

One of the nicest experiences i have had in recent times. Stayed in Room 320 for two days (22nd and 23rd June) with my family. Hotel is a bit far from ISBT (at Rajpur Road), yet ambience is good. Room service is a bit lethargic yet not bad . Room was well decorated and housekeeping was done on demand/as per schedule. Food is good, nice spread in morning breakfast and in room dining experience was good as well. Specially mentioning Anchal who was veery prompt and helpful.

Ayush is always a great host for me . He supports out of the way . At Corona time , when Hotel unsubscribed news papers because of safety reason , Ayush bought news paper for me during my 6 days stay by his own pocket & from that day our relationship began . See the ownership attitude , see the guest service by this gesture alone .

The overall experience at Red Fox Dehradun is been amazing, the comfort and amenities are amazing, Mr. Ayush has been assisting here with full grace and support. The food is very homely and hygienic. They are very customer centric and provide all the support and comfort required to have a pleasant stay at Dehradun. I have been travelling to Dehradun very often and Red Fox has became my second home in the town.
